Do you cover prevailing-wage and union rates?
Yes — we maintain current Davis-Bacon and local prevailing-wage tables, and we'll use union rates on jobs that require them. Tell us the project's labour environment up front.
What about specialty trades?
If it's a trade we don't currently have a dedicated lead for, we'll tell you. We don't take work we can't deliver on with full confidence.
Can you do takeoffs only, not estimating?
Yes. Takeoff-only is our most common starter engagement. You apply your own unit costs and margin.
What about change orders?
We price COPs the same week, often within 24 hours. Send us the RFI/COP request, the plan revision, and the original takeoff — we'll mark the deltas.
