When you request an estimate quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any project information you choose to share. When you upload project documents we receive copies of those documents and any metadata they contain.

We use your information only to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) prepare the estimate or takeoff you requested, (c) communicate with you about the engagement, and (d) maintain internal records. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Document Confidentiality

Project documents you share with us are treated as confidential. We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement on request. Project documents are stored on encrypted infrastructure and access is limited to assigned estimating staff.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal first-party analytics to measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or build user profiles for ad targeting.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
