Quantities are priced with current RSMeans / BNi data, regional cost modifiers, and prevailing wages where required. Material, labor, equipment, and overhead broken out separately.
QA review
Every deliverable is double-checked by a second senior estimator before it ships. We catch the misread elevation or the missed plan revision before you do.
