How quickly can you turn around a conceptual?
5–10 business days for most concept-level packages. Faster on simpler projects.
Do you use Uniformat II, CSI, or both?
We default to Uniformat II at concept/SD and switch to CSI MasterFormat at DD/CD. We'll align with whatever your team and owner are using.
Can you sit in on VE workshops?
Yes — we attend by video as a working participant, not just an observer. We come with prepared options and the cost data behind each.
